2 oz Gin, Beefeater

3⁄4 oz Manzanilla sherry (or fino)

2 ds Grapefruit bitters, Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters

1 rinse Strega

1 twst Lemon peel (expressed and discard)

1 Brandied cherry, Luxardo (as garnish)

Instructions

Rinse, stir, strain, up, twist, garnish.
