2 oz Scotch, Famous Grouse
3⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth
1⁄4 oz Green Chartreuse
3 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1 rinse Absinthe
1 twst Grapefruit peel (expressed and discarded)
Instructions
Rinse chilled rocks glass with absinthe. Stir; strain; no ice. Express peel and discard.
