1 1⁄2 oz Scotch, Monkey Shoulder
3⁄4 oz Aromatized wine, Lillet Blanc
1⁄2 oz Ginger liqueur, King's Ginger
2 ds Bitters, Bitter Truth Celery
Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled champagne coupe. Garnish with a sprig or two of raw samphire.
