1 oz Grapefruit liqueur, Giffard
1⁄2 oz Amaro (Monte)
1⁄2 oz Pomegranate juice
3 ds Aztec Chocolate bitters
Instructions
1. Muddle several raspberries in the shaker.
2. Add all ingredients to the shaker, shake very vigorously with ice, strain into a frozen coupe glass.
3. Garnish with a light dusting of chia seeds.
