1 oz Gin
1 oz Cynar
1 oz Rosato Vermouth, Atsby Armadillo Cake
Instructions

Stir and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.

Notes

Atsby is an artisanal vermouth company, and Armadillo Cake is its dry alternative to Italian vermouth - herbal, piney, winey, complex. This is a Negroni variation, using Cynar instead of Campari, and Atsby in lieu of sweet vermouth. I feel it lacks a bass note, so recommendations are welcome.
