3⁄4 oz Pineapple juice
3⁄4 oz Campari
3⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth, Cinzano Rosso
3⁄4 oz Coconut cream
1⁄4 oz Jamaican rum, Hamilton's Jamaican Black Strap (as float)
Instructions
Shake, strain into a white wine glass, cover with crushed ice, float rum, serve with straws.
