1 oz Cognac

1⁄4 oz Triple sec, Cointreau

1 oz Lemon juice

2 oz Brut Champagne

Instructions

Shake ingredients together with ice, EXCEPT champagne. Strain mix into champagne flute and pour champagne on top with lemon peel garnish.
