2 oz Chinato
              3⁄4 oz Dry vermouth
              1⁄2 oz Orange liqueur, Grand Marnier
              1⁄2 oz Mirto
              4 ds Orange cream citrate
              2 ds Peychaud's Bitters
              
          Instructions
    
          In coupe, add a big ice cube (4 to 8 the size of a normal ice cube) or a round ice cube, pour ingredients. Stir a bit. Serve
Notes
    
          Adding the ingredients turned Chinato into a fine and bittered sweet vermouth.
Orange cream citrate makes the difference.
