2 oz Chinato
34 oz Dry vermouth
12 oz Grand Marnier
12 oz Mirto
4 ds Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate
2 ds Peychaud's Bitters
2 ds Bitters, Angostura
In coupe, add a big ice cube (4 to 8 the size of a normal ice cube) or a round ice cube, pour ingredients. Stir a bit. Serve
Adding the ingredients turned Chinato into a fine and bittered sweet vermouth. Orange cream citrate makes the difference.
