3⁄4 | oz | Madeira, Broadbent Rainwater Medium Dry |
1 | t | Honey syrup (3:1) |
1 | ds | Bitters, Angostura |
1 | oz | Pale Ale (Preferably a hoppy I.P.A.) |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except beer, and stir with ice cubes. Strain into a rocks glass and fill with fresh ice. Top with beer, stir gently and garnish with fresh artichoke leaf (optional).
