12 oz Old Tom Gin, Hayman's
12 oz Old Tom Gin, Ransom
34 oz Sweet vermouth, Carpano Punt e Mes
34 oz Amontillado Sherry, Lustau Dry Amontillado
1 t Cane syrup
1 twst Grapefruit peel
Muddle the grapefruit peel with syrup. Add rest of ingredients and ice, stir, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit twist.
