1 oz Cynar
1 1⁄2 oz Coconut rum, Malibu
1⁄2 oz Ginger syrup
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1 pn Cayenne pepper (as garnish)
1 sli Ginger (crystallized, as garnish)
Instructions

Dry shake, shake, strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a light dusting of cayenne and piece of crystallized ginger.

Notes

My best go at redeeming Malibu.
