1 oz Rhum Agricole
34 oz Islay Scotch
12 oz CioCiaro
12 oz Lillet Blanc
14 oz Lemon juice
14 oz Simple syrup
6 dr Rose water
Instructions
Stir with ice, coupé glass, skewer a lemon peel together with a rose petal for the garnish.
Notes
Some people like rose flavor, others don't. 6 drops is a middle ground. If they like more, go to 8; if they like less, try 4.

  • Doesn't taste very balanced; the Islay Scotch dominates, and I therefore question the need for all of these ingredients. I used an aged Agricole and subbed Kina L'Aero for the LIllet. — ☆☆
