The chill

1 1⁄2 oz Limoncello (Luxardo)
1 oz Pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz Herbal liqueur, Yellow Chartreuse
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
2 t Coconut liqueur (Hollander coconut-pumpkin liqueur)
Instructions

Shake all vigorously. Garnish with a thyme sprig and slices of dried banana.

Notes

Refreshing, sweet, and complex. Created for a beach bar. Patrons ask for it in buckets...
