1 1⁄2 oz Brandy
1 oz Limoncello, Pallini
3⁄4 oz Crème de Violette
1⁄2 oz Half-and-half
1⁄4 oz Coffee liqueur (Beckett's)
3 ds Peychaud's Bitters
Instructions
1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
2. Garnish with a light dust of chia seeds.
Notes
1. Half & Half ....... substituting heavy whipping cream adds much more "rich."
