1⁄2 oz Gran Classico
1⁄2 oz Orgeat
1⁄4 oz Rhubarb syrup
1 ds Chocolate bitters
1 Maraschino cherry (as garnish)
Stir (or shake); strain; up; garnish.
I made with oat-geat (oat milk, sugar, Nonino, amaretto; see reference link), which added a nice creaminess.
