1 1⁄2 oz Applejack
3⁄4 oz Bénédictine
1⁄2 oz Maple syrup
1 Whole egg
Instructions

Shake vigorously without ice, and then with ice. Strain into a wine glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
