1 1⁄2 oz Old Tom Gin
1 oz Rhubarb liqueur, Art in the Age
3⁄4 oz Ginger syrup (see note)
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake. Strain. Coupe.
Notes
To make ginger simple syrup combine 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar. Heat until dissolved. Add 1/8 cup finely diced ginger root. Simmer 5 minutes. Let sit 1/2 hour. Strain.
