3⁄4 oz Parfait Amour
1 1⁄2 oz Pineapple juice
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
3⁄8 oz Simple syrup
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions

Shake, up, double strain to lowball with ice. Garnish with lemon twist

Dirty yellow-green color, taste is hard to describe beyond "sour". Gin botanicals covered up (using Tanqueray). If you like gin sours and want to taste something different, maybe make this drink with 2oz or 2 1/4oz of gin.
