1 oz Falernum, Velvet Falernum
3⁄4 oz Crème de Violette, Rothman & Winter
1⁄2 oz Lime juice
1⁄4 oz Sherry vinegar (Columela 30 Year Sherry Vinegar)
Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.

Notes

You do not want "vinegar."
You want a 30 Year Aged Sherry Vinegar. Columela is my favorite brand.
