Comments

Somewhere between 3 and 3.5 as written. Sorel's clove/cinnamon/hibiscus is at the forefront, but a bit dry due to the acidity, which seems to overpower the rest of the drink. Sorel is only moderately sweet, making it difficult to balance in equal parts with lemon. For my tastes I will likely retry w/ 1/2 oz lemon juice, while upping the Cocchi Americano to 3/4. The Cocchi is lost at 1/2, so a bit more could add some desired breadth to the flavor.
