1 1⁄2 oz Fino sherry
1 oz Shochu
1 oz Tequila
3⁄4 oz Simple syrup (wakame leaves)
1 dr Sesame oil

Stir with ice, strain to coupe glass. Garnish with sesame oil.


For wakame syrup, simmer wakame leaves with simple syrup for 3 minutes.
