3⁄4 oz Mezcal, Banhez
3⁄4 oz Reposado Tequila
3⁄4 oz Herbal liqueur, Green Chartreuse
3⁄4 oz Maraschino Liqueur, Maraska
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄4 oz Pineapple syrup
Instructions
Shake all ingredients together and strain over ice into a lowball glass rimmed with sal de gusano (worm salt). Garnish with a dried lime slice
History
Based on Peter Povlsen's "word from Jalisco" - I omitted the smoked salt from the drink and rimmed the glass with Sal de Gusano, also increased the pineapple syrup slightly
