Martinique Highball (Boss Grog)

2 oz Martinique Rum (vsop)
1 t Cane syrup, Petite Canne
1 t Lemon juice
1 ds Bitters, Bittermens 'Elemakule Tiki
1 twst Lemon peel
1 dr Orange flower water
5 oz Soda water
Instructions
Build in a highball, including lemon peel, add ice and briefly stir.
