3⁄4 oz Licor 43
3⁄4 oz Dry sherry
1 oz Grapefruit juice (Texas Ruby Red)
1⁄4 oz Balsamic Vinegar (Trader Joe's "Gold" Aceto Balsamico Di Modena)
2 ds Salt (Himalayan Pink rock salt)
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
Notes
The balsamic vinegar noted is aged in barrels for several years and is exceptionally rich-flavored, with a touch of "sweet."
