1 oz Cassis
3⁄4 oz Pamplemousse Rose
1⁄4 oz Absinthe
8 dr Sherry vinegar (Sherry Vinegar, aged 25 Years)
8 dr Aztec Chocolate bitters (for rimming)
1 ? Sugar (Pomegranate Rimming Sugar)
Instructions

1. Add the Aztec Chocolate Bitters into a frozen coupe glass and coat the rim.
2. Dip the glass rim into the Rimming Sugar.
3. Return the glass to the freezer.
4. Add other ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into the rimmed coupe glass.
