1 oz Mezcal, Del Maguey
1 oz Lime juice
12 oz Triple sec, Cointreau
14 oz Demerara syrup
14 oz Prickly Pear syrup, Cheri's Desert Harvest
Instructions
Rim glass with smoked salt (preferably black Mexican smoked salt). Shake and pour straight into Collins glass. Float 2-3 dashes of Bitterman's Mole Bitters
