3⁄4 oz Rye
3⁄4 oz Cognac
3⁄4 oz Sweet vermouth
2 ds Bitters
2 oz Champagne
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)

Stir first four ingredients, strain to coupe, top with champagne, garnish.
