Fitz Cocktail

1 oz Rye
12 oz Sweet vermouth, Carpano Punt e Mes
14 oz Maraschino Liqueur
1 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1 12 oz Sparkling white wine
1 twst Orange peel (flamed, expressed, and discarded)
Stir first four ingredients, and strain into a coupe over sparkling wine. Flame and express an orange peel.
