1 t Demerara syrup (1:1)
1 ds Pimento bitters
Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a DOF glass. Garnish with a large strip of orange peel.

Notes

Tea infused rum. In 2oz of dry aged rum (such as Havana Club 7) drop a small pinch each of lapsang souchong and gunpowder leaf tea. Wait for 90mins and strain.
