2 oz Gin
1⁄2 oz Cranberry syrup
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Becherovka
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
2 oz Soda water (La Croix hibiscus soda, to top)
1 twst Orange peel (as garnish)
Shake liquids except soda; strain over rocks; top with soda and garnish.
Cranberry syrup: Put 2 c. of chopped or ground fresh cranberries with 1 c. each sugar and water on the stove. After 30 minutes of very low simmer, strain and chill.
