1 oz Cognac, Pierre Ferrand 1840
1 oz Amaro Nonino
4 oz Sparkling rosé wine
1 twst Lemon peel
Instructions
Stir Nonino and Cognac and strain into a flute over sparkling rosé. Express the oils of a lemon peel over the drink, rub the peel along the stem, and drop it in.
