1⁄2 oz Bigallet China-China
2 ds Bitters, Fee Brothers Black Walnut
1 twst Orange peel (discard)
Instructions

Stir, strain, cocktail glass, express peel then discard.

Notes

Substitute Grand Marnier or Cointreau for China-China. Substitute orange bitters for walnut bitters.
