2 oz Apple brandy, Lairds Bonded
1 oz Sloe gin
1⁄2 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Simple syrup
2 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1 spl Club soda
1 sli Apple (garnish)
Instructions
Short shake with ice, strain into ice-filled Collins. Fill with club soda, garnish with apple slice.
