1 1⁄2 oz Gin
3⁄4 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
6 lf Basil (Lightly tapped)
Instructions
Shake, strain into coupe.
Notes
Fresh, crisp, balanced - a real crowd-pleaser. Double strain if you want but I think the floating green bits add a bit of visual flair.

The amazing Feedback Lounge closed in 2015. This drink is way too delicious to disappear into obscurity.
