Sumac Martini

More like an infused vodka sour, this is a nice, tart and (dare I say) healthy libation!
1 oz Vodka (sumac infused, see note)
34 oz Falernum, Velvet Falernum
78 oz Lime juice
23 oz Pomegranate juice
Instructions
Chill a martini or up glass. Combine in shaker, add ice, shake until cold. Double Strain. garnish with sumac/cumin blend sprinkle
Notes
To make the vodka, take 750 ml of your favorite vodka with 3 TB sumac powder. Let steep 2 hrs (or overnight), strain. "sumac/cumin blend"-4 parts sumac powder, 1 part cumin (cumin addition courtesy of the poster, you may choose to omit)

Made this for our dinner group's "Ottolenghi" dinner. NIce, tart, punch-like drink.
