1 1⁄2 oz Rum
1 oz Mango juice (Use mango nectar if available)
3⁄4 oz Lime juice (or more, to taste)
3 sli Ginger
Put ginger, falernum, lime, and mango nectar into a shaker and muddle the ginger well. Add rum and ice and shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
