1 oz Dark Crème de Cacao
1 oz Dry vermouth
1⁄4 oz Sage syrup
1⁄4 oz Sherry vinegar (Sherry Vinegar, aged 25 Years)
3 ds Bitters, Angostura
Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a frozen coupe glass.
