1⁄4 oz Amaretto, Lazzaroni
1 twst Orange peel (expressed)
1 Brandied cherry (as garnish)
Instructions

Stir in a double rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express orange peel and discard. Garnish with the cherry.

This is pretty impressive and makes the Godfather a much more interesting, complex cocktail. The sherry adds a nutty note without all the sweetness of the amaretto and the maraschino adds some lightness.
