3⁄4 oz Blanco tequila
1 1⁄4 oz Watermelon juice (Lightly salted to taste)
1 t Avocado oil
1 t Aperol
2 ds Bitters (Crude “Lindsay” bitters)
1 ds Hot sauce (Tapatío)
1⁄16 t Citric acid (.25g citric acid powder)
Instructions
Shake everything and strain over crushed ice into cantarito.
Garnish with speared watermelon piece (seasoned with lime, salt, and pepper) and maraschino cherry.
