1⁄2 oz Honey syrup ("hot honey"—hot pepper-infused honey)
1 ds Peychaud's Bitters
1 spg Mint (as garnish)
Combine, muddle, shake, strain into an old fashioned glass over one big ice cylinder, insert a slapped mint sprig.
