1 oz Mezcal
1 oz Cynar
1 oz Cap Corse Blanc
1 twst Orange peel (as garnish)
Instructions

Stir, strain, scotch glass with a rock, orange peel expressed.

Notes

Had this at THE CUT in Georgetown, Washington DC. Instead of Xocolatl, they use rhubarb bitters. Also, they used Illegal Mezcal. I make mine with Del Maguey Vida.
