Italian Handshake

2 oz Averna
1⁄2 oz Branca Menta (Generous half ounce)
1 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Orgeat
Instructions

Shake with nugget ice if available, otherwise use cubes.
Strain into double old fashioned filled with nugget/crushed ice.
Garnish with mint sprig and lemon twist.
