Sun-kissed

1 1⁄2 oz Gin, Beefeater
1⁄2 oz Crème de Pamplemousse, Giffard
1⁄2 oz Aperol
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
Instructions

Add all to a shaker tin with ice, shake and double-strain into a coupe, Garnish with a lemon peel circle to look like a sun.

Notes

Citrusy, refreshing, summery drink. The volume of this drink is a little strange, but the balance is there. If you want a tarter drink you can take out or dial back the simple syrup, but I think it rounds it out nicely.
