3⁄4 oz Honey syrup (3:1)
1⁄2 oz Brown Sugar Simple syrup
8 lf Mint (6-8, muddled)
1 spg Mint (as garnish)
Build in highball glass, muddling mint, adding crushed ice and other ingredients, and swizzling. Top with bitters and mint sprig.
