2 oz Gin, Tanqueray
1 oz Lime juice
34 oz Honey syrup (3:1)
12 oz Brown Sugar Simple syrup
10 ds Bitters, Angostura (as float)
8 lf Mint (6-8, muddled)
1 spg Mint (as garnish)
Build in highball glass, muddling mint, adding crushed ice and other ingredients, and swizzling. Top with bitters and mint sprig.
