1 1⁄2 oz Old Tom Gin, Hayman's
3⁄4 oz Lime juice
1⁄2 oz Rhubarb liqueur (Giffard)
1⁄2 oz Aperol
1⁄2 t Ginger syrup (2:1)
1 Brandied cherry
1 Candied ginger
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the cherry and ginger on a cocktail pick.
