2 oz Bourbon
1⁄2 oz Aperol
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
4 spg Mint
1⁄2 oz Simple syrup
2 ds Bitters, Fee Brothers Rhubarb
Instructions

Gently muddle mint, add all other ingredients and shake well over ice. Strain over crushed ice and garnish with mint.
