2 oz Scotch
1 oz Applejack
1⁄4 oz Elderflower liqueur, St. Germain
2 ds Orange bitters
1 twst Lemon peel (as garnish)
Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into glass. Twist peel over top and drop in.
