1 1⁄2 oz Irish whiskey, Teeling single grain
3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Simple syrup
1⁄2 oz Red wine, Barolo
Instructions
Shake everything but the wine and strain into cocktail glass. Float wine.
Notes
The teeling single grain is aged in Cabernet casks. Use a big bold juicy plump red wine.
