1⁄2 oz Cinnamon syrup (or other sweetener)
1⁄4 oz Port (as float)
Instructions

Shake, strain over one big rock, float.

Notes

Other sweeteners work well: orange liqueur, cinnamon syrup, Bénédictine, Rooibos syrup, etc.
