3⁄4 oz Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz Honey syrup
1 T Yuzu preserves
1⁄2 Egg white
1 ds Yuzu bitters
Instructions

Dry shake, shake, fine strain, up. garnish with a few drops of bitters or fresh yuzu zest if you can get it.
